Easy to talk to very knowledgeable and professional
I recently had an appt with this NP for some new health issues, and I left feeling very frustrated with the quality of care. During the visit, I felt she was not fully present or listening. Before running any diagnostic tests, she immediately tried to prescribe a new medication, only backtracking when she noticed my confusion. While she eventually agreed to order tests, I was told I had to schedule a completely separate appointment 1 to 2 weeks out, despite the required tests being available in-house that very day. This protocol is deeply concerning to me, especially if a health issue requires timely attention. Furthermore, when I tried to answer her questions and share relevant details, she cut me off to say we would get to my questions later. She never returned to them, and my concerns went unaddressed. It is highly frustrating to spend time and money on a specialist visit only to leave with zero answers and the financial burden of an additional, delayed appt.
