I had a wonderful experience my son has terrible allergies and it triggers his asthma. She answered all of my questions and was patient with us. We set up a plan together to help my son. I did not feel rushed in our appointment and staff was friendly as well.

Not the best. Not the worst. Prefer Sabrano.

She was very informative and thorough answering questions and giving advice regarding my son's allergies. Discussed a plan for introducing allergens to his younger siblings, offered the option of testing younger sibling before intro when I needed reassurance. She ensured we knew how to use both epi-pen types before leaving, gave us a copy of testing paperwork another office had done without being asked. Also very patient and understanding overall.

She and her team are the absolute best. I live closer to the Hiram office but I wouldn't go there if I had to.
