Ms. Agudelo provided great care and sincere interest in my health issues discussed with her. I wish all the health care professionals were this skilled at the "soft arts" of listening and being empathetic. She "gets it", so many medical associates (won't use the term "professionals" for most) are so efficient they render themselves ineffective.
