She needs to do a better job of explaining blood test results; put in layman’s terms instead of medical jargon. Also, I always request Dr. Reddy and am confirmed with her, but instead, I am seen by her PA.

Angelica is great but I was supposed to see Dr. Reddy this time. I asked about it and they said it was done because they had a lot of call-ins. This didn't track since the waiting room was completely empty. PA'S are useful but they are not the doctor.
