She was very pleasant and very informative. She provided the injection without any issues and got the process started for my surgery

I’ve seen Angela before! Very friendly always & quick witted, but efficient! She applied a compression wrap tight to my elbow I’d fallen on 3 weeks ago, but swelling wouldn’t go down! By night fall same day almost all the swelling was gone! Thank you Angela!

Kinda a waste of time. I was only in there maybe six minutes for her to put lotion on my hand and rub it but she has good communication. She’s very nice but definitely recommend this office to some of these appointments were kind of a waste, but I think you guys for all your help.

Angela was direct, explained the medical condition, and provided an image. She was thorough in her explanation of everything!

I had pain in my hand at the base of my thumb and NP Bradford quickly examined my hand, asked in the thumb was clicking, which is had started a few days after the pain began and she easily diagnosed trigger finger. I had a cortisone injection and was out the door in less than 15 min from start to finish. She asked good Qs and answered my Qs and addressed concerns. She was clearly knowledgable about this issue. The office team is friendly and very efficient.

Angela was very knowledgeable and patient with my mother, which was appreciated. My only feedback is to offer more explanation when giving after care instructions. When Angela said “therapy” will make a new splint, my sister thought she meant the therapy organization at my mother’s rehab facility so they left your building without having a new splint made. I assume you meant your outpatient therapy group should have made it before they left your facility. Clarification would have been appreciated as we now don’t have the splint mom needs and don’t know where to get it in our hometown. Thank you!

Angela got 3 messages from me concerning uncontrolled pain. She called my son and said I was taking too much oxycodone. In my chart the surgery nurse reviewed with me (from my chart) that I could not take NSAIDS, yet Angela in her record (which she gave me a copy) stated only that I could not take acetaminophen. So even after 3 calls concerning excessive pain, she never looked at my chart. She assumed I was taking ibuprofen which I could not! So IF the ibuprofen was to assist in swelling, then I was given NOTHING for swelling. It’s no wonder I had so much pain and swelling. Angela told me she increased my Oxy’ to every 4-6 hours but my Rx bottle reads every 6-8 hrs. Did the pharmacy get it wrong? I know she told my son I was taking too many because my son laughed at her. He witnessed the uncontrolled pain after 5 hours. I am NOT drug seeking. It is bad to assume such especially when she hasn’t read my chart. You want us to fill out these forms but few people read them.
