Andy was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!
He was very professional. Knowing my needs and suggested what to do with prior problems.
Very polite and professional.
Excellent
Dr. Chow listened to all my concerns and asked questions to make sure he properly understood my concerns before deciding a treatment. He was friendly, attentive, definitely a great doctor.
Waited 30 minutes in the room for the medical provider to see me. The lights even shut off while I was waiting in the room. I had to get up and inform the front desk that I had been waiting 30 minutes and if a provider was going to see me. I value the doctors and staff time, this is why I always attempt to arrive prior to my appointment . I would like my time as a patient valued as well. The doctor came in shortly after and asked questions, the appointment was nothing special. Routine questions were asked but felt like he was having difficulty relating to me as a patient.
Pleasant, clear communication.
