If I could give 0 I would. We made the appointment for me to get evaluated to make sure my health is where it should be. She was in the office for a total of 2 minutes. Friday night I had what I think (and now we will never know because she didn’t check) was a seizure.. I am 30 years off ago and have NEVER had a seizure. I don’t do drugs, I don’t drink, overall I’m healthy. My episode lasted for maybe3-4 minutes. For a first time that seems too long.. and dr.Gutierrez did not look at me once, told me that the only way to check my seizures was to do an EEG. Which is a different department. When I tried to explain that I don’t have seizure I had A seizure (I think) they still said there was nothing they could do for me today… knowing seizures can cause permanent damage scares me… and she did not reassure at all. Don’t ever see her if you have anxiety she will in fact make it worse.

I thought she was coming back to finish what else I needed for her to help me with . My visit with her wasn't done and she left work. I was there with her for not even 5 minutes.I been fasting all day to get labs from her. Staff wasn't helpful very rude assistant. Chris coordinator "manager" came in to tell me they can't help me. I work in the medical field and know a nurse should be on duty no matter what. How upsetting, i been coming to Gonzaba for 23 years and never had an issue .

I followed her instructions on cream and it's been working out good have 4 more days left. Cantu got a good helper.

She did her basic job okay, but lost points with me when she asked if I was exercising and I told her I was trying to get in my 10,000 steps a day. She told me “That is not exercise.”. She was totally dismissive of my efforts and that was very disrespectful in my eyes. She said that going to a gym and getting a cardio workout, elevating the heart rate to triple digits is exercise. Now I can understand she wants people to improve their habits, but there are much better ways to do that. She needs to learn how to offer her opinions in a way that is less confrontational and more beneficial. A person in this field has a first visit with a patient to make a good impression. I will not see her again, not will I recommend her.

Only provider I have seen that really follows the “LaFamilia” motto at the clinic!! I would not refer anyone to Gonzaba. There is one number to call for 9 clinics. Usual wait time 45-90 min. listening to “LaFamilia” and Covid recording 55 times! No family of mine has me waiting on phone that long. Utterly ridiculous.

Very patient during the visit; She is very comprehensive and scheduled a Pap test that I haven't had in years. She educated me with much needed diet to manage my new dx of fatty liver .

Professional and precise

She was short and seemed to be in a hurry, didn't get to discuss my left foot(heel)

She didn't know what I was talking about when I explained my symptoms. She said she never heard of it and referred me elsewhere. And I felt like she made it as hard as possible to get tested adequately. I don't feel that I should have to call my insurance to ask for a billing code for a blood test. Maybe I'm incorrect, but sounds like a billing department responsibility. She was insistent that I not pay out of pocket if insurance doesn't cover it but that should be up to me especially if I feel it may help in finding out what's wrong with me.

While the PA was very nice and courteous, nothing was done to alleviate my concern. When I called to set an appointment with the dermatologist I was told they did not have any available appointments until mid August. I need help now not 6/8 weeks from now. Your staff should have been more diligent in finding an appointment for me ASAP. As this rate, I will have lost most of the hair on my head without resolution.
