It would help if she spoke slower and louder for older people. Otherwise, friendly, patient, good listener, and explained well.

Very knowledgeable and professional
I was disappointed with our interaction with Amy. I were there for for over an hr. When we met her , she apologized for being late. She then checked my incision and muscle strength in foot, toes and leg. Asked if we had enough pain meds, that was all. We proceeded to make next appointed and left.
