Ignored everything I said, performed testing I wasn’t aware of without asking pertinent questions to determine if they were relevant and necessary. She made assumptions based on testing another specialty ordered that caused her to jump to conclusions without actually taking my medical history into account. She made assumptions and she was wrong there was another explanation for the results of this testr and before ordering the tests she did order there are pertinent questions to ask a patient to determine if they were necessary. You would think if you’re there because of a referral for urinary symptoms a urinalysis would be standard procedure and how the patient would assume this is what was ordered only to find out days later it was not when the results are in. Not to mention I then asked the other specialty to run similar testing so that providers would stop assuming this was the cause of what was going on and actually listen to what I was telling them.
