My rating for this Nurse Practitioner may be unjust. I arrived for my appointment, but never got to have my appointment and actually see her due to an issue with my insurance. I was informed at arrival of my appointment that she is no longer a participating provider with my insurance (AmBetter), them being advised of this 3 -4 days prior to my visit, and again the morning of my visit approximately a half before I was scheduled to see her. Unfortunately, for this reason and because I didn't want to see her out-of-network and pay out of pocket, I did not have my appointment with her, and didn't make it past the reception desk. The 3 people I saw at reception that were telling me what was going on were professional and courteous, and the office was clean. I'm actually surprised that I received this message asking me to rate her, saying I had my appointment, when I didn't get to have it.
