She began her studies at The University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and becoming a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
In 2012, Amber began working as a Registered Nurse at Pediatric Associates of Austin. In 2018, Amber continued her career at Pediatric Associates of Austin and SportsSafe Concussion Clinic as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Being a part of the Pediatric Associates team for over 10 years has given her exceptional experience and knowledge in pediatric care and provided her with established relationships with patients and their families.
When not in the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She and her husband welcomed their first baby boy in 2022 and look forward to growing their family. Their yellow lab, Murphy, is appreciating all of the table scraps a toddler adds to the household! Together, they attend church and are involved in the support of RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities). Their family loves being outdoors, hiking, and traveling.

Friendly, took her time, explained well.
She was so patient and sweet with my toddler. All of my concerns were addressed thoughtfully and thoroughly. My child actually wanted to go back in to the doctor’s office instead of going home.
Amber was so kind and helpful! She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for my kids.
Took time and care to gather all the information and review next steps in detail.
She was great. Good manner with parents, sweet with our daughter, correctly diagnosed the problem, and personally handled the follow up call with us shortly thereafter.
