Amanda was aimable, proficient and caring. Any questions/concerns I had were answered. The plan of treatment was explained and I left knowing what instructions to follow.
Really the best professional and a people person
Horrible bedside manner. Barely listened to our 2yr olds lungs, literally 3 sec. Then said she didnt hear anything but proceeded to order an antibiotic ans oral steroid.?? Did not look at eyes, ears, throat nothing else. Was in room less than 5 minutes. We went over and thankfully were able to get in to the peds office for a real evaluation which indicated wheezing throughout lungs and got a nebulizer with albuterol. Did take thr oral steroid but there was no need to give antibiotics! She should not be seing patients. Did not give eye contact. Very much seemed like she had her mind already set to write scripts and not do thorough check. Glad I stood my ground.
She’s awesome and after prescribed treatment, I felt better within a few hours!

I appreciated all the help. In hi sight, I probably should have asked you to check my sinuses after you asked me if I had a sinus infection along with my stopped up ears. I do have medication in case I have one, though.
She knew right off what my problem was.she was kind understanding
