Alyssa is excellent in all aspects of patient interaction. She explains procedures in a manner that makes it easy to understand, she efficiently follows up in a timely manner, she listens carefully before responding and is genuine when communicating. I truly feel cared for.
I was happy to see Alyssa again. She is awesome. Hopefully I can keep seeing her.
