She was very thorough. She had a kinda of care and concern that I don't always experience with other medical professionals. She made me feel comfortable and I felt like she was actually trying to figure out what was wrong.

Past the check in personnel are many friendly and professional personnel, including Ms. Ramos, who is very thorough at her job. However, your check-in process just plain sucks. I find it totally ridiculous to have to present insurance cards for each visit. This causes an extra 15 to 25 minutes for each office visit. Also, a few of the noted staff are not effective nor efficient mainly because they waste much time by gossiping with one another.

Alondra listened to my issues without judgement. Asking questions to get more details on what I was explaining.

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, building on several years of experience as a Registered Nurse. My career began at Valleywise Medical Center, where I spent two years caring for patients on the Med-Surg/Oncology floor. From there, I transitioned into Juvenile Corrections, where I have provided dedicated care for over four years.
During my clinical rotations as an FNP, I had the opportunity to train at AARA under an exceptional preceptor, which sparked my passion for Rheumatology and its ability to transform patients’ quality of life.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy meditating, exploring in nature, ceramics, and most importantly, creating lasting memories with my children.
