Ally Von Kannel, CPNP-PC, was born & raised in Irmo, SC and graduated with her BSN from the University of South Carolina. After graduating, she began working as a nurse at Palmetto Health Children’s hospital. Over the next 7 years she continued to work at the Children’s hospital as a nurse and as a clinical nurse educator. Ally also taught Pediatric Clinicals with the University of South Carolina. She received my Masters of Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina.

I've seen many medical professionals for my children and the absolute best ones review their notes and remember the bigger picture. Ally knows my kids and their relevant medical history the moment she walks in the room. As a parent, this gives me a lot of peace of mind that her medical advice and assessments are tailored to my child, and not just generic information (or worse, counter-indicated because of their medical history). We recommend her to anyone for their kids!
