My visit with Allison was exceptionally good. She took time to explain so much to me about my EKG, how the heart functions, my cholesterol numbers, and so much more. I learned so much from my visit and appreciate the time she took with me.

Ms. Allison Dauberger was so easy, & pleasant to talk to. She took the time to explain the stage I am in, and concerns of what testing needs to be done to be absolutely sure of conditions with arteries & heart. I would definitely recommend Allison Dauberger she works with Doctor Kakkar's team. I have just begun having trusted care, did my research on cardio vascular care doctors & NP's & I am so very pleased with the interactions so far from talking to Sherry to start with Scheduling ~ that was amazing, the conversation we had with concerns ...I felt I knew her forever! Great experience throughout... so far with everyone. Very caring and empathetic too without even knowing the person on the other end of the phone. They know that your nervous & concerned with conditions and treat you like family.

Driven to deepen her expertise, Allison completed her Master’s in Nursing with a specialization in Acute Care/Gerontology at the University of Alabama Birmingham. Afterward, she joined Piedmont Heart Institute in Atlanta, GA, as a Nurse Practitioner. There, her responsibilities included gathering patient histories, diagnosing conditions, formulating treatment plans, managing medications, and providing patient education.
Allison is excited to bring her cardiology experience to Heart and Vascular Care in an outpatient setting, where she looks forward to building strong relationships with her patients and continuing to deliver exceptional care.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and dog. She loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, and staying active through regular workouts.
