It was my first time with Allison. She seems great.
I will say that the process for getting the virtual appointment link is absurdly arduous. I shouldn't have to submit nearly the equivalent information as when I initially checked in for the appointment a few days ago just to get the link. Like, why is it asking for a picture of my ID, which I've already submitted, or confirming my emergency contact information again? I already did all that and it's like I'm filling out the same form again. It's quite time-consuming without being clear that the link is coming at the end.
Apologies for my rant but it seems like every time I've needed an appointment link over the last year or two it's a pain in the butt. Thank you.
