Very rushed and felt overlooked

Allison is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, great communicator, very thorough and a joy to speak with. She laid out options clearly and succinctly. Her follow up and going the extra mile to set up things was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

Came in for physical therapy referral Referral that was submitted to PT Clinic was for Diagnostic Imaging that makes no sense Left message for Allison and she resent corrected referral Need to provide staff better training on Tasks of job When dealing with insurance companies Small errors can cause claims to be rejected You’re front desk staff needs additional training also I gave them NEW insurance card and they failed to update group number on insurance record . This needs to be right if you want to get paid. Need attention to detail to avoid problems down the road

Dr Ali is great, took time to go over my concerns and asked about other issues if I had them. She is patient and kind!

Allie was super friendly and and informative. She was prompt and respected my time to try and make the most out of the visit.

Allison is a great listener and so helpful. She has great bedside manner and really makes you feel like you’re in good hands.

She was very nice and seemed competent. But I came in for my annual physical and she didn’t even touch me to examine me in any way. I assume she was instructed to not provide me an adequate examination so she can see more patients and make more money for whoever owns the practice.
