since Dr Trible left, I felt a little bit lost and have not been able to connect with a provider at your office yet I want to let you know that Alisa was courteous, informed; she listened and asked questions. I had a great dialog and connection to her and left comfortable on friday in the midst of what i thought would be a medical nightmare for me. Alisa took the reins and held herself up and pulled me with her. i’m confident that she is a wonderful asset to the practice. Not only knowledgeable she is humble - if she did not know the answer we will figure it out! . She was helpful. She called me back. She did everything She said she’d do and then some. I’m very happy that y’all have her as part of your team. I know y’all must be honored to have someone of her caliber working at your practice. thank you.
