Ali Wren was very professional and very caring. She listened and explained her answers to any of my questions. She was fantastic!

Great person
Never saw her. Never have seen her as I have come for 3 months for interstitial cystic treatments. I don’t know why because when I came on Dr. Rookis’s side she talk to me after 6 treatments. However Ali Wren I have never seen.
The whole visit was great. I am from Anniston and I wait at least an hour for any dr. Appt. I didn't even sit down in the lobby. I was done in 30 minutes. I am hoping the bladder treatment works. Nurses and staff were great!
I commented to her that the last time I was there the reception felt a little bit like herding cattle, but when I saw her face she was smiling and so friendly, kind, helpful and patient that I had a completely different impression of the Clinic! She is definitely an asset to your facility!
