Truly a great experience.. Ali made the exam as comfortable as possible. She was very thorough about explaining why I was experiencing the issues that I’m having. . Gave me information on paper so I could see why I was experiencing this and what choices that I had to fix it. She really was kind and considerate and very helpful.
