Alexis, NP, was so kind and professional, she was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
Great staff and wonderful facility.
Just please make sure signage is larger to find address and name from Readville Road viewing or say it’s behind the Walgreens in the shopping strip.
Also, please at the entrance when you walk through sliding doors make sure there is a LARGE SIGN for OFFICE SUITE 105 with clinic name and large arrow pointing to very far back area. Maybe, floor arrows in read tape also would help especially for older patients and ones like us with handicaps.

She listened to all my concerns, did not rush me and helped me make decisions based on what we both felt was right for me. She made me feel comfortable discussing my issues and I am very comfortable visiting with her when I am not visiting with Dr.Fyock.

Alexis developed a passion for Gastroenterology (GI) many years ago and decided to become a GI NP to be able to provide quality care to patients focusing on health promotion as a well as acute and chronic disease management.
Alexis is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina and has lived in Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC. She views the Upstate as home and has enjoyed watching the area expand with many attractions to offer and opportunities for growth. In her leisure time, Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her young son, family, and friends.
