Alexis D. Jones, APRN-C

Alexis D. Jones, APRN-C has been practicing as a Registered nurse for 15 years. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina Columbia, SC in December 2006. She has nursing experience in Medical ICU, Medical Oncology, Medical Surgical, Gastroenterology office and Infusions, as well as Endoscopy. She completed her Master of Science degree with Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Clemson University. She is also a former Graduate Teaching Assistant with Clemson University. She is an active member of and board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Alexis developed a passion for Gastroenterology (GI) many years ago and decided to become a GI NP to be able to provide quality care to patients focusing on health promotion as a well as acute and chronic disease management.

Alexis is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina and has lived in Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC. She views the Upstate as home and has enjoyed watching the area expand with many attractions to offer and opportunities for growth. In her leisure time, Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her young son, family, and friends.
