She listens to what you say and has the best manners

There was no examination performed. I was having extreme foot pain and could barely walk. She never touched my foot or ankle, only had me point to the area that hurt. Refused a steroid or anti inflammatory shot or meds. Never mentioned that it could be gout. No real concern for my issue. No one called with results of xray. Had I not called to see if my xray had been read over 24 hours later, I wouldn’t have even known that I needed to have the MyChart app to get my results. Went to see another dr the next day and had exam, X-rays, diagnosis, and meds all before noon.
