I was disappointed with this visit. I requested a medication that has previously worked for me, but it was refused without a clear explanation. I was prescribed an alternative that has not helped. I also did not receive a confirmed diagnosis and was told it would just be treated as an infection. I made it clear that regular doses of ibuprofen and Tylenol were not controlling my pain, but no additional pain management options were discussed. I would have appreciated a more thorough assessment and collaborative approach to my care.
