Stacy Thornley, FNP-C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner working alongside Dr. Hayden Poulson.
Prior to joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Stacy built a strong clinical background through years of experience as a registered nurse in surgical, podiatry, and wound care settings. She has cared for patients with complex vascular conditions, venous insufficiency, peripheral arterial disease, and diabetes-related complications. Her experience includes wound care management, interpretation of venous and arterial ultrasounds, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans. Stacy has also served in leadership roles within clinical settings, supporting patient education, care coordination, and clinic operations.
Stacy earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Phoenix. She received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Coconino Community College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Humboldt State University.
