Lynn McCaughey is a dedicated and dual-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in both Family Practice and Psychiatric/Mental Health. She earned her Family Practice credentials from the University of South Florida and completed her Psychiatric/Mental Health training at NOVA Southeastern University.
With a holistic philosophy of care, Lynn believes that health is a balance of mind, body, and spirit. She emphasizes the importance of listening to patients, helping them set meaningful goals, and applying evidence-based practices to empower them toward improved outcomes and a better quality of life.
Lynn is proud to serve the rural community where she grew up, bringing compassionate care back to her roots. She finds deep fulfillment in connecting with patients in a setting that allows for personalized attention and meaningful relationships.
Outside of her clinical work, Lynn has a lifelong passion for horses, which began at age nine.
She often reflects on the words of George Whyte-Melville: "There's something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man."
