Michelle joined County OB/Gyn in 2013. She is a graduate of Wofford College with a BA in Biology; the University of South Carolina College of Nursing in 1993 and from Yale University School of Nursing with a Masters Degree in Nurse Midwifery in 1997. Michelle has practiced as a certified nurse midwife in Connecticut for more than 20 years.
She practices full scope Midwifery treating OB and Gyn patients from Adolescence through Menopause. She has a special interest in Adolescent care. She lives in Hamden with her husband and 2 daughters.
Michelle enjoys cake decorating, reading and going to Broadway shows.

Michelle is attentive and professional. She was very helpfull and took time to answer my questions. I will recommend her to my friends.
This is not the first but maybe 3rd time I have dealt with Michelle. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She continues to make me feel invalidated. After being an hour late yesterday, she not only didn’t acknowledge her lateness but then was very rude in regards to why I’m there. I absolutely love county, especially dr. aziz, but Michelle is a huge outlier and I dread having to see her.
