Not my favorite visit for a variety of reasons I won’t get into here. However, the rest of the practice is wonderful so I do genuinely like coming here.

Toward the end of the visit, Joanie offended myself and my Husband. As she kept asking about our IUI process and how it works, she said on two separate occasions, “I think that’s funny”. When discussing the process of how we were able to conceive after multiple attempts, she stated, “so you basically paid for your baby’s daddy”. She then apologized and said, “I’m sorry was that Insensitive?” These comments were very unprofessional, insensitive and offensive. Due to this, we do not wish to be treated by this Nurse Midwife anymore.

Joanie was incredibly thoughtful and kind in her approach. I really enjoyed meeting with her and felt very taken care of throughout.
