Refused to listen to us. We were not seen or heard. It didn't matter what we said his mind was made up before the appointment ever started. Would not even entertain any suggestions.

Thank you for your caring and understanding as I begin this recovery journey. Your office staff was excellent. In this world we often forget when someone has a concussion diagnosis how traumatized it can make a person. I just thank you.
