Understands my condition and listens to my comments. Treatment has been largely successful while leaving options if it worsens.

Pleasant staff, through history done by nurse prior to meeting Dr. G for the first time. Nurse met with Dr to familiarize
him with my history. Wait was a little longer than I expected but was well worth it. Dr G came in and was very informed about my history, reviewed my scans and explained my event with drawings, the use of a models and my scans. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain my event and gave me a very informed way forward. Thank you. A+

Doctor Andrew R. Gustavson is the first nuro doctor in 5 years that takes the time to allow me to understand what is actually going on with my spine. If I don't understand something that he is talking about, he actually gets out the white board and draws to show me. I go to him for A past injury to the spine from having a epidural abscess on my cervical spine, from past drug use. He treats me with respect and reminds me that we all have pasts and we all deserve respect. I love my doctor. I'm sure he has no idea just how much, but More then that I respect him.
Thank you for being a shining example for the rest.
