I arrived at the office unaware of the new no-drop in policy with a hearing aid emergency. I called from the parking lot to make an appt. Cecille told me to come back in and Rebecca saw me immediately. As always, I was treated with courtesy, efficiency and speed. I truly appreciate Rebecca and Cecille.
