Cooper was great. He listened to me that I have a low pain tolerance. He applied the right amount of pressure so that it was not painful as my past experiences at other spas. I was nervous that it would be painful again but it was actually pleasant and relaxing. I would highly recommend Cooper. He is very professional and listens to any concerns you have.
