I was feeling anxious for my first therapy appointment, but Alicia’s laid back and friendly personality calmed me right down within the first few minutes. She was every bit professional, while also made me feel like I was talking with a friend. It was the absolute best experience for me, and I can’t wait to continue this process with her!

Alicia encourages insight through exploration of early and current experiences, as well as skills-based learning (CBT, DBT, mindfulness) to promote change. She focuses her therapy on balancing each area of one’s life (emotional, physical, spiritual, occupational, environmental, intellectual, social) in order to obtain overall wellness. She is a strong believer that everyone is capable of lasting and meaningful change and growth. Alicia is here for all of the challenges and accomplishments that we face throughout life. She holds space for it all with authenticity, compassion, curiosity and acceptance.
“It is my privilege to join you on this journey of self-discovery and growth, through the joy and the pain of life, loss and actualization.”
When Alicia is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, tending to her two dogs and her flock of chickens, crafting, reading, making art and volunteering at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.
