5stars I loved Dr. Cassie Leonard. She was extremely engaging, very gentle, intelligent, quick to diagnose my condition.

It was an early appointment @ obvious staff weren’t thrilled to be there. They had not reviewed my chart:reason for appointment & ultrasound. I also was not given in advance the right prep instructions.

I wish I could remember names better but the nurses are all amazing and Dr. Cooney has a wonderful manner

The only issue was that the check out was very close to where people sat in the waiting room so all discussions about test scheduling, etc. did not feel private.

Online checking was easy, Regina was very nice and thorough, and Dr. Bashant was wonderful, attentive, thorough, and very caring.

Appt was for 8 was in the room by 8. Initial weight, bp and questions done by 8:10. Arrival of Dr was 8:30. Kind of long to wait. It shouldn’t take anyone 20 mins to change into a gown.

Dr Leonard is awesome. I am extremely happy with her as my OBGYN. I don’t feel rushed. She takes the time to reassure and explain uncomfortable procedures.

Just started seeing Dr Bashant. She was so friendly and told me everything I needed to know as my new gyn dr. I feel very comfortable with her & I am so glad that Dr Blood recommended her.

I was not rushed and felt like they really heard me.

I find the care I receive here postpartum to be lazy. The providers don’t take my issues seriously now that I’ve had the baby. I went in on a Friday complaining of severe pain above my cesarean incision and the provider suspected a hematoma. No one took my temperature that day and when I got home I took it myself due to feeling unwell and it was 100. Apparently Hudson headwaters was also unable to schedule me an ultrasound that day and also told me GFH wouldn’t see me for one either and told me to wait until Monday to try and get an appointment.. I ran higher temperatures over the weekend and my pain worsened. No one could see me Monday so I was forced to go to the ER and spend 8 hours there unable to nurse or pump (ow!!) where they determined a had an infected hematoma. Hhhn then wanted to follow up with me after the ER visit and the office called at 6:45 AM to reschedule my appt. Waking me after being up with fevers and my newborn…

I came to this office because Dr. Bashant is amazing. The communication isn’t the best including wait times on the phone. I spent over 6 hours within a week to get a script. I am on the portal but the portal isn’t for time sensitive issues.

I was very happy with every office staff person and with each caregiver.

I love my doctor, but the wait was very long (an hour) before I was seen. Many other people in the waiting room were waiting for well over a half hour to even be called back.

I waited for over an hour to be seen. This is the third time I have had an appointment after an ultrasound and spent two hours there. Ultrasounds are always quick and easy, but the appointment after is late and rushed.

Cheryl Marino was very thorough, caring, informative and kind.

I had to wait 1hr 30 min before seeing the doctor. It happens almost every time I come here. It is not taking the patients time into consideration. Your practice is taking on way too many patients. That is not okay!

Dr. Bashant took her time with me and answered all my questions very patiently and discussed the other prospects to my particular case.

Medical Assistant Michelle was very kind! Amanda was very thorough and took time with me to explain things, so appreciated it!

My only complaint is being told to come 15 minutes early and then the provider was late and I was not told. I have been in another waiting room and waited and when I asked, they said they had forgotten I was there. I plan not to have that happen again. I simply wish to be told that things are running late, that way I know you know I’m there. I understand things go slower than you expect, just let me know.

Amanda Clements went ABOVE and BEYOND to make me feel heard and seen and like she truly cared about me. I can't thank her enough !

Friendly staff

Started at HHN about 1 1/2 years ago due to the fact I now live in Glens Falls and needed a Glens Falls provider to give birth @ Glens Falls hospital. Contemplating on changing providers due to the lack of care/concern. The receptionist on the phone was very rude and more worried about my insurance/pay than the concerns of my unborn child.

Dr Leonard is caring, understanding, and very knowledgeable in her practice. She certainly makes you feel comfortable talking about the uncomfortable stuff..

Ashley Kleinerman NP is hands down the best gyn I’ve ever had. She is kind, caring, efficient, thorough and truly just takes the best care of her patients. I have recommended her to my friends and family.

The doctors are skilled, kind and compassionate.

I called the office on my way in to find out what floor my appointment was on and I was holding for 12 minutes before I got to talk to a PSA. I think the flow would be better if HHHN at all centers, had separate PSAs for scheduling appointments and taking calls and others assigned to strictly check patients in and out. The fact that you believe this is a good work flow is ridiculous. I have worked in an office where the flow was so much better for checking in and out when the PSAs can solely focus on that versus also answering calls. I have been to several of your health centers for not urgent care and primary care visits and this is a problem at all of your facilities. I believe we’d all agree that everyone’s time is valuable and a more efficient work flow would help patients as well as staff.

What a WONDERFUL experience! I LOVE the bedside manner of Dr Jennifer Bashant as well as the LINENS provided to change into for my examination with Dr Basahant! I felt warm and cozy in them! THANK YOU for thinking of patients and what we would like!

Questionnaires are way too invasive. There is no reason to be asking most of the questions you ask for a gynecological visit! It took me a year to get in to see my doctor and overall an hour to get checked in.

Kayla and Dr. Sustar are ALWAYS incredibly compassionate and professional. But every time I come to this office, the front desk staff is less than pleasant. They seem irritated or bothered when they have to check you in. They are always to busy gossiping or doing a task that could be done in between patients. It’s very disappointing as this is the only HHHN office that I experience this at.

Waited in room for one hour for doctor to arrive.

I was unable to see my gynecologist or any other MD for my annual exam despite setting up an appointment 8 months ago. I was cancelled 3 times. I feel that an established patient should be able to their gynecologist at least yearly despite the overflow of new patients. I ended up seeing an NP who was wonderful. Cancelling a patient 3 times and not being able to see their own gynecologist is poor and not appropriate.

Dr, Bashant is Dr. Kate's clone. She is incredible! The ultrasound tech Marrisa makes the procedure a breeze and RN Regina is so genial!

I had my first visit with Madison Barrett today. I cannot express how impressed I was with her knowledge, experience, demeanor professionalism and sincere caring and thoughtful nature. I was concerned about possible STD’s and she didn’t blink an eye , and showed no signs of judgement. So she ordered bloodwork and tested for HPV in the office. In conclusion I had an awesome experience with her and look forward to r appointment next year.

This was my first women’s health visit with HHHN and I saw Ashley Kleinerman, NP. I was a patient at Women’s Care previously, prior to them closing their practice and was a patient of Dr. Jennifer Bashant’s. I was unable to get an appointment with her but Ashley was extremely welcoming and able to answer my questions. She was also very professional. She is a great asset to Women’s Health and they are lucky to have her as a provider, alongside Dr. Bashant.

I scheduled an appointment to have my nexplanon removed. I was up to date on my examinations. Upon scheduling, I was not notified that a consultation was required first, therefore I have to come back at a future date. And, I waited in the room for the care provider for 30 minutes.

I can appreciate being busy however when you wait for an hour and a half past your original appointment, it seems a little extreme. What would benefit is if somebody called or had reached out through the portal to make me aware of how long the wait times were I could’ve possibly rescheduled. Staff was very polite and I don’t want to diminish from that.

I did not have a good experience getting my ultrasound today. The sonographer made me eat and drink while laying on my side which was very uncomfortable. She kept the Doppler in one spot for a length of time and said she couldn’t get what she needed so I had to stay longer for nst which turned out perfect.

The visit itself was great the nurse was sweet as always. One thing that did bother me was a sign placed above the scale stating “this scale will only tell you the numerical value of your gravitational pull. It will not tell you how beautiful you are, how much your family and friends love you, or how amazing you truly are.” Now I try to lean towards kindness whenever possible but with a country 50% obese dying from fatness, I can’t see how this sign is helpful.

My experience with Amanda Clements has already been great! I hope the place I'm transferring to will provide the same experience. In terms of the Labs, it would have been nice to be informed in advance that they only take appointments now. For the past 6 years I've been coming here, I do annual blood work and it's been walk-ins as well. Luckily, the guy was able to fit me in.

I met Dr. McAndrew today for my first exam with her. She was very personable and professional. She didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She answered all of my questions and offered me some written materials for reference. I will miss Dr. McShane but I feel as though I am now in good hands with Dr. McAndrew.

From the moment I got through the door, I felt welcomed. Rose at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was professional, yet warm and reassuring. Kim, Dr. Marino’s assistant was great, as well. She had a sense of humor and was knowledgeable about all procedures. But the icing on the cake was Cheryl Marino. She is an absolute gem who is replete in every way. Hudson Headwaters is fortunate to have her!

The building smelled as if it had had water damage. It felt small and old and unwelcoming.

I was pleasantly surprised at the smoothness of the transition from Women's Care to HHHN. Prior to my appointment I envisioned an environment where no one makes eye contact and you're reduced to nothing more than a number or symptom. I was so wrong! EVERYONE was considerate, attentive and professional. All the right questions were asked and in a manner that allowed for thorough discussion. Thank you!!

I had to bring my 2 year old with Mr for an ultrasound and he had a meltdown thinking the tech was hurting me. In a matter of minutes an angel of a nurse came in and swooped him off to color pictures with him and give him snacks. I didn't catch her name but what a sweet and relieving gesture that I was so grateful for and my son absolutely loved her.

On line questionnaire before visit was very difficult to complete. Some questions didn’t make sense and it was confusing as to what was being asked.

Many of your Nurse Midwives are amazing. all the nurses are amazing. I do not love that I see someone different each time I am there. it is especially difficult near the end of the pregnancy. I felt that near the end many things could have/ should have been explained better. I learned more doing my own research than from your people. as this was my first pregnancy I didn't even know which questions to ask. I felt that I was fear mongered into inducing during week 39. The Midwife told me that she had had another perfectly healthy mom/baby refuse to induce and that the baby died. (this was after we made it clear we did not want to induce simply due to age- unless there was a medical need) Subsequently we went in for an induction. We were at the hospital for 2 days and my body was not responding to the induction at all. I didn't dilate, so I was sent home for a few days before having to go back and try again. I feel it would have been much healthier to monitor closely/wait.

Overall it was a great experience - I just went in to get an ultrasound and the technician was wonderful. It made me a little uncomfortable that the room was connected to another room that other nurses and technicians were working in without a door or anything. Maybe put a curtain or door up?

I had an appointment with Dr. Cooney at 10:30 this morning ..while there to check in, I found out she had called in sick, I never got a call this morning that she would not be there, 🤷🏻‍♀️ Patti (, who relayed this information to me at while checking in, ) asked if I wanted to see another Dr. since I was already there. I said yes, and was able to see Ashley Kleinerman. My annual visit went off without a hitch! Ashley was lovely and very thorough in her exam and in explaining all I needed to know : renewed my prescription, ordered my annual mammogram and Dexa scan. Thanks to everyone who worked together to keep my appointment under these circumstances!

Provider was pushing me to change my birth control even though I'm not having issues of any kind & am very happy. She clearly wasn't ok with that. Also insisted that my BP was high even though I explained that I was upset. Basically yelled at me & did get in my face as I was trying to leave. Will NEVER recommend her & refuse to see her ever again.
