HealthSource Williamsburg School-Based Health Center/Family Practice

HealthSource Williamsburg Family Practice and School-Based Health Center is located inside Williamsburg Middle/High School. This center is open to the entire community and also serves the Williamsburg School District as a School-Based Health Center, remaining open year-round, including during school breaks. We are accepting new patients of all ages, accept most insurance plans—including Medicaid—and offer a discounted sliding fee program for uninsured patients.

Our family practice clinicians provide primary care for patients of all ages, offering sick visits, minor injury treatment, annual checkups, preventive visits, prescriptions, and ongoing management for chronic conditions like diabetes or high cholesterol. By serving as an on-site School-Based Health Center, we also make it convenient for Williamsburg School District students to receive care right during the school day. Our core services include Family Practice and School-Based Health Services.
