My sonogram went fine, but the provider didn’t play a heart beat or say anything that helped us understand what we were looking at honestly it was cold and impersonal.

Dr. Bollinger was excellent, today. Getting me in for an appt within a week, thoroughly explaining test results and ordering a STAT CT, labs. A lot to tackle in one day. I'm incredibly appreciative for her time spent.

Dr. Avery is great. Very empathetic to my concerns and helped me understand what my options are. I wanted to, however, make note of the young lady at the check-in desk. I'm not sure what her name was, but she had blonde hair, (I believe) false eyelashes, and was wearing pink scrubs, of I remember correctly. I had to use her window at check-out because the ones inside the hall were closed. When I walked up to the window, I got the usual, "Who did you see today?" I told her, and then she said, "You're all set." I explained that the Dr. wanted me to make another appt, and for the life of me I couldn't come up with the term "pre-op". She sarcastically shrugged her shoulders and said "there's nothing in here, soo..." I said, "She told me specifically to make another appt. The one before a surgery to get blood work, X-rays, the go-ahead from my regular doctor..." She stared at the screen, another shrug. I won't degrade HHHN for her behavior, but it was uncalled for & unprofessional.

Excellent group of people here!! It can be a challenge to get my Mom out of the house - but never for Dr Duffy and Erin!! Always a much appreciated pleasure.

The entire staff at the podiatrist office was fantastic from check-in to check out. Dr Culliton made an otherwise unpleasant procedure almost pleasant with his chair side matter and conversational approach. Would recommend this office to everyone.

Went in to be seen for an issue I've been having for about 8 months. The Dr. spent about 5 whole minutes with me just to tell me to come back in 2 months (then they will take a sample). What a waste of my time. Not to mention there is no guidance or direction. I would not recommend and will not be coming back. Felt like it was just a money grab and she could care less.

NP Alix is very good with informing me of what to expect with my diagnoses and meds. I'd give 5 stars except the building was too warm today.

The girl who checked me was extremely nice at check in but after being instructed to bypass the normal check out window and she sent me back to the same girl who checked me in with my nurse beside me seemed very irritated that we were at her window and made no attempt to hide her irritation. In fact kept looking at people who were coming in and tried to get someone else to take them but she also had somebody at checkout. Made me feel very uncomfortable and I was only following directions.

I was apprehensive going to my BCC procedure. Darcy was my nurse and her personality made me more calm and relaxed (even though my blood pressure was high)! Andrew Paszko was very professional and explained the procedure and alleviated my level of concern. I immediately was confident he had my best interest at heart!

The woman who checked me did not greet me at all. When she looked at me to come check in with her, I approached and she said “What are you here for?” , there was no “hi, how are you? what are you checking in for” or “hi, how can I help you?” …. I responded nervously by saying “I’m sorry I’m not sure I’m even in the right place…” she cut me off and said “What are you here for?” I told her for an ultrasound appointment 10:15, she said name? and I told her my name. She confirmed my information and that was it. She did not give any pleasantries at the greeting or when I walked away. This bothered me. She had long, thick fake eyelashes, dirty blonde hair and long black acrylic finger nails. I believe she should be talked to about how to speak to patients as I myself was very nervous about my appointment as I wasn’t coming in for something routine, I was coming in for a recheck ultrasound as they found abnormalities previously. If she doesn’t want to be pleasant, she should work elsewhere.

As a new patient, I was addressed in a friendly manner. I appreciate that my husband and I were able to be seen at the same time. Once I got there, the experience was great. Unfortunately, the directions were not very good. I wound up going to one office, went to another office located at another location which was in another building… They just need better signage and guidance for patients to go to the correct office! The office visit was great.

My first ultrasound, my prenatal appts afterwards have been canceled 2x so I got a less than 10m ultrasound, wasn’t able to see anything she didn’t explain much bc she couldn’t. Just not a nice experience for your first one that you’ve been so excited about. Didn’t even get to hear the heart beat or anything. Left the office not seeing anything, nothing being explain and not even hearing heartbeat when I’m 9 weeks.

Phone call from office a couple hours earlier than an appointment changing appointment to 415 showed up at 4 o’clock. They said we were late prior to that at 3:18 a text was received from the office saying the appointment has been canceled which it had not been then we were waiting in the lobby room for at least 25 minutes before anybody came out to see us because they assumed we were late when we were not.

The only Neurologist they have needs some retraining about how she speaks to and argues with patients. Making patients feel stupid is not how any Dr should practice medicine. This was all brought to the office manager’s attention.

Every thing was excellent and on time

Been there 23 years, seeing the same doctor, he's leaving, it's fine, but when I am scheduled to see him and I guess he couldn't be there, they never told me. They said he'll be in, then a nurse practitioner walks in. I didn't pay to see a nurse, I paid to see my doctor and this would be the last time seeing him. If they had walked in and asked first it would have been ok and I would have said I wanted to reschedule. However, I did try to reschedule and they denied me my visit. They said he's not taking anymore appointments. I understand, but I know they could have tried to get me in. So after 23 years, I couldn't even see my doctor a final time. It was just very poorly handled and upsetting. I was so upset, I couldn't really talk because it set off a panic attack, so I just had to walk out of Moreau Family Health, which I have ever done.

Dr Kleene is very knowledgeable and experienced in her profession. She explained things no other specialist could explain to me. For once, I have a specialist who listens and is extremely knowledgeable in my condition and is thriving to help. She has an EXCELLENT bedside manner which means a lot to me because I have seen more than a handful of specialists in the past few years that don’t know how to treat patients, whether they can help them or not. Too bad there aren’t more specialists like Dr Kleene that know how to treat patients AND who are excellent at their profession! I highly recommend Dr Kleene. It’s also a comfortable atmosphere at Hudson Headwaters specialty care ….the staff is super kind, warm and professional. More personable than a large vascular facility.

Dr. Lori Killion is amazing at what she does for the recovery community. She was my doctor and helped me ween off of suboxone after being told by another doctor that I would have to be on it for the rest of my life. She listened to me and listens to my wishes, and created a taper plan that was very easy to understand and follow through with. I personally never knew there was an alternative to the suboxone strips (subutex shot), and she saved me a lot of time, headache, and money providing me with that service. I gained my confidence back because I never thought it would be possible for me to get off of suboxone. I now will be able to start a family in the near future. So thank you to her. I wish the addiction community new more about subutex! It’s so much more better than the strips in my opinion, as it takes away the potential for abuse and you don’t have to worry about taking your medicine every day and can go about your day like a normal person does. Thanks again!
