Doctors haven't always gathered required paperwork and sent it to others waiting for it in a timely manner and they should be more careful prescribing medicines depending on the side effects to male patients.

Overall, excellent visit! First time using HHHN and I was impressed!

The wait for my provider was almost 40 min. At one point, she walked in and said "oops wrong room, again" and left, then I waited another 10-15 min for her to come back. The appt felt rushed, and her energy was very off as she seemed overwhelmed and too busy to truly give quality care and understanding to the reason for my visit

Short wait time, I was able to make an appointment to see the doctor for the following day.

I had an appointment at 11:45 to give a urine sample and have the doctor sign a paper allowing me to be prescribed lorazepam. I was not seen by the PA until 12:15. This was completely unacceptable. I am a teacher and only have a 30 minute lunch break. If I was that late I would have been charged a late fee and been forced to reschedule. There was no one left in the waiting room when I was finally brought in by the nurse.

I dislike the fact that practitioners are being treated as clerical staff. It takes away from that very small time that a patient has and needs the attention of the medical professional.

It's a pleasure having Dr. Blood as my main physician. She's seen me through a lot and guided me with expert care.

My issue is that I don't know if the people understand my pain level and I don't want to keep saying that it hurts so that I look like a drug addict. And I can't say that there are times when I'm not getting any relief and have to take one or two extra just to get through the day.

Got an immediate appointment - first time I saw Dr Barth - she was very thorough and even though I know she was busy she did not make me feel rushed and took time to review my health records and to discuss my issues.

Dr. Leonard is very pleasant to deal with and he took the time to make sure that I understood everything we discussed. It never seemed to be a one way conversation.

Dr Sawyer didn't listen to me, and he repeated questions.

Poor - checking out #3 girl couldn't hear me because in #2 there were 3 or 4 employees having a loud noisy conversation about personal things., Not very professional to say the least. Then I went to Walmart to get prescription hd to wait so lok over discard papers and the blood work order was not mine!! I Called and was ask to bring it back! Didn't as too far to drive but said I will tear it up and u can make up a new on for her.

The actual appointment was great, I just had to wait an hour until then.

Efficient check in and out and lab processing.

I accidentally hit my leg on the corner of my car's door. Although there was no damage to my clothes, there was a three corner tear of my skin and it was bleeding smartly. I made my way into the lobby. grabbed a handful of Kleenex and applied direct pressure. Someone noticed and paged "Medical assistance needed in the lobby." In short order, about 20 HHHN Health Care staff hurried out. I was taken back to a treatment room by wheel chair. There I was patched up with care, compassion and diligence. Then I was able to walk out and get the blood test that was the reason for my coming.

She answered ant questions my husband and I had about exercise, intermittent fasting and weight loss drugs like Monjouro and Wegovy. We decided to wait on the weight loss drugs as insurance doesn't currently cover it in Medicare of an advantage plan. I really feel secure in choosing Dr Blood she is direct and kind in her manner.
