We waited almost an hour in the room for a provider. It wasn’t busy. After waiting for almost an hour in our room, they started taking more patients to rooms and treating them. My son was needing a Covid test,(tested positive at home) and not even a nurse came to check on him. He was miserable so we left without treatment! We don’t usually experience this kind of treatment.
