My previous visits to the Urgent Care In Warrensburg have been so quick! This one took a long time, even though there were few patients in the waiting room. However, the NP apologized and said something unusual had happened.
Everyone was friendly and i didn't have to wait long to be seen.
As usual, no long wait to get into Urgent Care and very professional and courteous personnel. Great service to the public!
Jennifer Lauricella was patient kind and thorough. Very understanding and spot on.
Jessica is receptionist who checked me in with perfect level of professional, concern and attention to comfort until I could be seen. She did the same with all the next patients after me.
