The doctor mis-diagnosed my child and sent her home, but fortunately, the next day, the radiologist caught her pneumonia and informed us.

Could not schedule online because we had never been there before. Woman at the desk that registered us never returned my license or insurance card and I didn’t realize until after I left the building. No apologies were given.

My treatment and providers were great - I was upset that my 82 year old mother who was COVID positive and just started symptoms yesterday, was not given a prescription for Paxlovid!

Took over 15 mins to check in with my receptionist, while three other people with other receptionists went ahead of me during that time. The PE used the wrong vile to collect a sample so I had to have the procedure twice. Very stressful.

Urgent care was great, pharmacy not so much! My reg pharmacy was closing as I was leaving. The MD moved the prescriptions to the pharmacy at the health center. When I went to pick them I was told, sorry they were filled by Walgreens…which was now closed. It took much effort on my part to convince the person at the window that the scrips needed to be filled. It shouldn’t be so hard!

I always feel like I am in good hands when I visit this urgent care facility. I was having an allergic reaction to a wasp sting and they got me right in. The staff were friendly and efficient. My clinician was very well informed and gave me an aggressive treatment plan to help with all my symptoms.

The last doctor asked me what I was doing there., Not that it’s any of his business, but I graduated high school from this town and I own property here!!!!!! What was he doing here? I googled him and he sure as hell isn’t local.!

Dr made comments on health such as heart rate and breathing and weight I was not weighted my blood ox not checked nor was my heart rate. She disputed my diagnosis from top professionals without full work up or battery of test.and commented on my mental health without proper diagnosis . I was never weighed but labeled thin I was noted as perla witch mean pupils are equal and reactive when I had to ask to to take a break because it was causing right side pain. She did not note blood pressure never took my blood ox levels wrote rrr for heart and did not check pulse or rhtams witnessed by another in room

You ALL did a fantastic job by treating me with respect, patience and the utmost of care! From the moment I was greeted, I felt like I was your top priority! From the Patient Registrar to the Nurse who brought me to my examination room to the Nurse Practitioner who discussed my diagnosis with me (who is ROCKING her job, may I add!), I walked away feeling so much better than when I walked in. It is obvious that this facility treats their staff exceptionally well, which has resulted in a staff of professionals who treat their patients with the utmost of care. Unfortunately, I do not have an Urgent Care Facility in the town in which I reside, but the 50+ minute trip was WELL WORTH IT! HHHN Warrensburg Urgent Care is "Practically Perfect in Every Way"!

After returning a heart monitor I used for 48 hours, NO ONE FROM HUDSON HEADWATERS HAS BOTHERED TO CALL ME WITH THE RESULTS. I called 3 or 4 days after I returned the monitor to ask about the results. HH didn't have them! To this date 3/8/24, I haven't heard from them!

Mr. French? Offered me tramadol and Imodium to which I was grateful, at first he said well Imodium should do it and I said, that will not help the pain but that's fine , I don't know why I came here. The very nice nurse told me to go there and I did. He was clearly irritated by the way I speak ( I have Aphasia) it is pretty bad today and the last few days. It was " annoying" him. He made me feel horrid for sounding like I do , as if I do not feel bad or embarrassed enough about it. Professionals in the Medical field should know better. I was so shocked that my aphasia bothered him, he however made it overly obvious. I thought he had looked at my records briefly before he saw me so when he said oh your hear for stomach ache , I was thrown a bit and raised my voice saying it has been on going. None the less in the end ,we spoke and I thanked him and said I was grateful . Sometimes personalities clash and I think we did.

I went to urgent care for sinuses, headache, nasal congestion, ear pain. I get tested for Covid and flu- negative. No one looks in my nose or throat. My ear has fluid but not infected. I am told to take Sudafed and Benadryl I am unable to take Sudafed. So mucinex is next best which I already have been taking. Along with Tylenol and ibuprofen. I was told wait 10 days before it becomes bacterial. I asked for antibiotics but told no I paid $75 copay to be told what I already knew. So I went to well now and I am prescribed z-pak and steroids for sinus infection, inflammation.

I was listened to and treated respectfully by the receptionist, intake nurse, and PA.

The visit was a good experience from check in to check out!

Facility is clean. Wait was short. Provider was responsive but unfortunately did not follow through sending a prescription she said she would. This created frustration, an extra trip to the pharmacy, and delay of care.

I was having some asthmatic issues that rears it’s head every several years so I got tired of fighting it and went this am to HHHN (Wburg) for care. My wait time was 10 min and the staff checked me out and prescribed the necessary med to fix my diagnosis. The staff was very attentive.

She was wonderful, couldn’t have been better. It was an awful day but it could have been much worse without her help.

Long wait today but very quick once I got to see the doctor/nurse/practitioner.

Professional, efficient, polite, super competent care! Waiting room clean quiet plenty of seating. Short wait times.

The wait time was 40 minutes as might be expected at urgent care. However, the resulting medical resolve was excellent.

The receptionist was very efficient and helpful. The caregiver did a thorough job of examining me and explaining my symptoms and treatment c. She was very understanding and responsive to my medical needs.

Quick and thorough

Checked in and told receptionist I wanted the Rx to be filled next door (Price Chopper). Had a visit with the nurse and PA and I asked each to send the RX to Price Chopper. Waited 2:15 for RX to be filled that never happened. Mind you the pharmacist called numerous times to ask for it to be filled. I also went back to Dr’s office twice to see if it could be filled, to no avail. I eventually left without getting my Rx as I wasn’t feeling well and went home and took over the counter meds. This happens most times that I ask for the Rx to be filled in Warrensburg instead of my pharmacy. This isn’t a way to do business especially in the health care field. What if it was a lifesaving meds that was needed right away? As for the service the PA was knowledgeable, helpful, and explained the best options for recovery, thereby she deserves a 5 star. As for the lack of service 1star., hence both add up to 6 then divide by 2 gives a rating of 3 stars. I would’ve given a lower rating if I was able.

Good service from medical provider. Only 2 patients in queue ahead of me but still over an hour wait so felt a little long but could have been much worse if busy. Good check in process as well.

The provider I saw was very unfriendly bordering on confrontational ~ no beside manner at all ~ disheartening and an uncomfortable experience especially when you don’t feel well.

The service and the medical staff that took care of me on that particular evening went out of there to diagnose what was causing my ear so much pain. It was frustrating to have to be seen for a note for work but hhhn made it as pleasant a situation as could be expected. I switched to iron gate a couple of years ago because my provides kept changing at hhhn north creek. Iron gate said they would always have urgent care for their patients but they couldn’t get me an apt until Sunday and that would be virtual. I had to wait a couple hours at whc but atleast I was seen and have a note for work. Staff was very kind and helpful. Am definitely rethinking my switch to iron gate for pcp.

Awful visit to urgent care. So awful I had to try and get a hold of my own Dr for help. I went this morning 24 hours after I left urgent care. I have Otitis Externa. I am now on antibiotics and ear drops. All they really were concerned with was me taking a covid test which was negative waste of time. Mn
