Very friendly
Knowledgeable & caring
Professional, compassionate employees and a very clean facility.
The provider spent less than five minutes with me. It was a simple case but I had questions that I had to ask as she was walking out the door. There was also a pharmacy mix up and I had specifically told this provider the prescription had to go to Price Chopper and not Walgreens as Walgreens is closed on Sunday. Price Chopper pharmacy (they were wonderful) and my husband had to make calls to rectify the error. Medication was delayed because of this. This is one instance where I feel that POS documentation would have actually been better to make sure all of the details were correct, especially on a weekend.

I was in the area on vacation. I have a history of getting sinus infections and had been trying to manage symptoms with over the counter stuff for over a week. The facility was clean and the wait wasn’t long. I saw a PA who polite enough but just didn’t seem to listen to my symptoms and my background information. Rest of family was sick and on antibiotics prior to our vacation.. PA sent me home with oral steroids - of all things ( definitely a last resort for my primary doctor) and a nasal spray I had never heard of. I ended up going to a different walk in 2 days later- prescribed antibiotics. Also told me that I shouldn’t have been prescribed steroids if there was any chance of my being out in the sun (lake vacation) due to risk of severe sunburn. Overall didn’t feel comfortable with PA clinical judgment.
