Always a good experience, staff is kind & knowledgeable. Urgent Care is awesome.
Ultrasound technician was kind, professional, knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. I could tell she cares about her patients and in doing a fine job. Employees like her should be role models and recognized. Thank you.(I forgot her name but it starts with a K I think)
Sometimes ok, sometimes not. Depends on who you get answering the phone or getting you ready for the doctor.

My provider offered everything a patient would hope for from a doctor... he was an excellent listener, he took the time to clearly explain things, he was very thorough, and said he would be in touch about what happens next. He was EXCELLENT!
Personnel kind and attentive. Their visibility of patients could be better. Patients are waiting to check in/out but an available attendant can't see them. Since often, the attendant is actually engaged in telephone dialog so is u available. It is hard for the patients waiting to know which is the case. I have no suggestions how this can be corrected except elevating their sitting position so they can at least someone waiting.
