All personnel are friendly and professional. Dr Farrell is an excellent doctor. He is an intent listener, a good communicator, and, in my opinion, reacts with the proper degree of intensity to my health situations.

I like Dr. Farrell and has team he has here in Tupper Lake. As a 69-year-old man with cancer. It is very hard for me to go too far. This helps 100% and I have been with Dr. Farrell every second he came here, and I plan to stay with him.
What I do not like is you making all of us sick, forcing people to go so far for our compensation applications now. This is not right. You are here to help everyone. You took an oath to do so, and now you are just ignoring all compensation cases after all the years I have been with you. I hope you get hurt someday and can't go far, and have nobody to help you get to a compensation appointment so far away. You should experience the same thing you're making us do. You're not thinking about your pensions; you're only thinking about your bottom line. This is not right.
