The receptionist, Ceil is great at her job and friendly. Dr. Triplett, what can I say? She is the best doctor that has come along at HHHN, Ticonderoga, NY. She is caring, compassionate, she lusten, and communicates great with me. I just like her so much.

Ticonderoga Health Center has relocated to a newly renovated building that is part of the UVM Elizabethtown Community Hospital – Ticonderoga Campus. The new health care center offers patients a primary care doctor, while the rest of the campus offers an emergency room, laboratory and radiology services, physical therapy and sports rehabilitation and a long-term care facility.
