First appointment of the morning. Doctor entered exam room 40 minutes after scheduled appointment.

Dr was not prepared and passing us off onto someone else AGAIN when we keep getting no answers. Didnt feel heard, left feeling like the wait and visit were not worth even going. Could have been told on the phone that she wasnt capable of this type of visit and we could have been on the wait list for another Dr by now, now we have to wait even longer for answers.

Ticonderoga Health Center has relocated to a newly renovated building that is part of the UVM Elizabethtown Community Hospital – Ticonderoga Campus. The new health care center offers patients a primary care doctor, while the rest of the campus offers an emergency room, laboratory and radiology services, physical therapy and sports rehabilitation and a long-term care facility.
