Was received warmly, the lobby and waiting room and immaculate and the nurse and doctor were efficient and friendly and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Super friendly staff but the wait time to get blood drawn was ridiculous.. waited over an hour !

The phlebotomist is top notch! Efficient, friendly, didn't even feel a pinch.

Just wish you could offer lab work earlier than 8 am.. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

I saw the doctor to discuss a medication change because I was experiencing negative side effects with the medication. I was surprised that the doctor did not advise me to wean off one medication before starting another medication. She said it was optional. I chose to wean myself and I believe this is the best course of action with the medication that I am taking.

The office staff is so welcoming and helpful. An employee not working on the front desk was there and greeted me by name even though she was talking to others. Dr. Bachilus was awesome. It was my first time seeing her, and I was so impressed. Listened well and gave me great options. Friendly and nice.

Absolutely can’t stand the way they share everyone’s information with everyone waiting in the waiting room. I so damn aggravating. So I try to avoid it by saying that NONE of my info has changed but they still ask the questions out loud 🤦‍♂️

My appointment was at 2 pm. I was not seen until 2:30. If I were 30 minutes late, I would be told I could not be seen. I generally do not say anything about waiting but I left my job 1 hour and 15 minutes early to be on time for my appointment. My time is valuable too.

This is first time EVER having an issue getting blood drawn. In so much pain right now. So upsetting.

The nurse had trouble finding my veins in my arm today. She may need some help, or more practice.

Everyone at the health center is always so friendly and welcoming even though you are sick.

Some one need to check the measuring sticks in the rooms 2” low is crazy. I know we shrink as we get older but I do not need help.
