Have always had a good experience here. Doctors and nurses always seem to take their time to answer my questions

The office is always very quick and curious and is an excellent office.

Hardly any wait, preliminary questions were quick; Dr. Rutz asked good questions and proposed good next steps.

I needed an unexpected sick appointment, although my actual first “new patient” appointment is not until October. I was seen that same afternoon. The appointment went very well. Very impressed with the PA-C…her professionalism, knowledge and kindness.

Start to finish, a remarkable healthcare experience! I will return...but hopefully not soon :)

The front office staff is absolutely terrible. The amazing providers deserve better support, when you walk in the door, the two women who sit to check you in are incredibly rude and make every visit uncomfortable. If it wasn't for our doctor, I would change offices.

I think your office is very well run Dr Thompson is excellent.

Their front desk staff is incredibly unpleasant. They do not communicate as needed. Trying to get them to confirm any information is like pulling teeth, they answer only in assumptions. Then you are made to feel like a difficult patient because you ask for confirmation. I try to follow my doctors directions, only to be met with such resistance from the receptionists. The nurses and doctors are great, but this year has been rough with their support staff.

Dr’s are not allowed more than 15 minutes with each patient. Patients are feeling like they’re being pushed out of the room.

Emily is outstanding! She really cares what I was saying. The nurse was not pleasant at all. Never said her name n seemed to be mad she was even there.

I waited for 25 minutes as the only person in the waiting room, because the person who checked me in forgot to mark me as being here.

Well run practice.

Called at 8am and didn’t get nurse callback for 1.5hrs. Also, we waited a long time (30 min) in exam room to see doctor. These are not unreasonable, but was definitely not the norm for the last 10 years. HHH feels much more “assembly line” compared to past practice :-(

Excited that new doctors are coming to the Saranac Lake Location. I particularly like the Patient Portal. Questions and concerns are addressed in a timely fashion--the last concern addressed by 8:15 a.m.. Is not as cumbersome as calling the office and waiting for a nurse to be available or have a call back.
