Salem Family Health

Salem Family Health is now open! Hudson Headwaters offers comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages at this brand-new location. Glens Falls Hospital provides on-site lab services for added convenience. Same-day access is available for Hudson Headwaters patients with designated walk-in hours between 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

With Salem Family Health now open, the Mobile Health Center no longer visits the Salem Courthouse. All Mobile Health patients are welcome at Salem Family Health and do not need to re-enroll or transfer their medical records.
