Great telehealth visit with Emily.

I was very unhappy with how I was treated by the provider. I felt dismissed, unheard, and as though my concerns were not taken seriously. I found the interaction to be unprofessional and felt that I was spoken to in a condescending manner, as though my questions and concerns were not valid.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. I do feel there is a lack of trust and understanding regarding my opiate meds and my practitioner. She seems to feel I’m either drug seeking or addicted and I’m just a new person to this area transferring from the clinic I’ve been with fifteen years. I’ve never failed a drug screen. I’m compliant. But, I do require my medications to function and sudden cessation because I’ve run out is unfair to me. My requesting she bridge me until I can get into pain management hasn’t been well received. I honestly don’t know what to do. I’m trying to get established as quickly as possible. I would also like another nerve block. And PT. And whatever else is recommended. I don’t just want pills. But, I do require them due to multiple locations of pain from toes to neck. My medical records should already be there from both primary and pain management . Please review my records.
