Dr Grad is always on time and ready to listen to any concerns. Got me stat specialist care when we suspected I had Cancer. She might have saved my life by communicating the urgency of my situation to other health care professionals.

Had a sick call went in dr listen to chest than said I’m sending you for a X-ray stat. And we will go from there that was at 10:00am. Said I will hear from him within couple hrs. Called the office 4 hrs later cause no call back. Than called sometime later no call back. Office is closed at this time. Called my pharmacy and looked at portal to see my results. There was script there for me.

Everyone I encountered was very friendly and efficient. My healthcare providers were knowledgeable and listened and patiently answered all my questions.

Everything was explained thoroughly and with care.

Rude anytime you call. Even was hung up on by receptionist who wouldnt even try helping me when i had been desperstely trying to get a kid an appointment. I called the champlain office they offered to reach out to the nurse to see if they can help me get answers while waiting for an appointment time. Then they called me back in 5 min saying they could get us in on monday (this being a friday) when plattsburgh office said they could not get the kid in untill at least June.

I appreciated how quickly my message was answered and appointment set up. Rebecca Heywood was very thorough and explained everything.

I had two appointments scheduled, 45 minutes apart. The nurses teamed up and put both kids in one room and saw them at the same time. I really appreciated that! Dr. Baker is and always has been wonderful!

My visits are virtual so I do not have much information about PFH in general. I can say that it doesn't reflect well on you to give me instructions prior to my visits that fail to take into consideration that my visits are virtual and that I am seeing a counselor rather than a GP or PA.

The receptionist that checked my daughter in, was very rude and was sarcastic about us being a little bit late by 8 mins. I discussed with the nurse and Dr and they took care of it right away,(got the managers number) and apologized for it. They felt bad about the situation 100%.

Dr. Ellsworth is very thorough and is determined to help figure out your heath issues' and will give you a referral if necessary. We would refer him to our friends and family.

Dr. Quidsi reviewed meds which proved very helpful

Dr. Ellsworth and his staff called me immediately after I sent them my message and they sculled me to see him in the same day and all the necessary attention and treatment for my wound was taken care of it promptly and I started the antibiotic immediately after my visit to Dr. Ellsworth and the nurses in his office collected the samples for the tests he ordered and they cleaned the wound and dress it to protect me from infection because I have heart valve replacement. I really appricate their prompt response when I needed help.

Dr Pond is the best doctor in my 70 years on this earth. From diagnostics, preventative, medicine, and health care check ups I couldn’t ask for more.

Walking through the front door, checking in being called to the back with my son and being with the LPN and then after my Son saw his doctor Suzanne and after that checking out I am speechless because it’s very comfortable there. It’s a safe place. My son is extremely comfortable with his doctor which makes me extremely happy and it’s just like everybody cares and everybody is so nice there from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave very inspiring, professional, caring, and last but not least very supportive.

I appreciate that there is a doctor for me to see for a last-minute appointment, however, I do not appreciate that I am never able to see my primary, unless I schedule an appointment months in advance.

Called regarding issues my son was having that were not urgent in nature, wanted to wait to see our primary in 2 weeks, was made to feel neglectful and told to bring him in next day, had to miss work when short on PTO to be told he is fine, no lab work done, told he is constipated despite repeatedly assuring the provider he is very regular. Would have preferred to wait and schedule with our primary provider at our convenience to discuss his problems. Instead we were rushed, it was a waste of time, and I had to miss work and burn time. Very frustrating especially after being made to feel I was neglectful for wanting to wait

Wait time seemed longer than normal, one of the shots administered caused bruising/bleeding. The typical ped nurses always make me feel very comfortable with breastfeeding after vaccines, but I did not feel that support today. Also offered my 7 month old a sticker, which is not safe for him.

My doctor is refusing to treat me for my Workmen’s Comp. injury. I left with furious tears and my husband left in silence due to his anger. This nurse practitioner treated me with distain, and made me feel like an inconvenience that she no longer wanted to see. She knew I was between a rock and a hard place because of my substantial injuries. Her best advice was for my husband and myself to move closer to a Workmen’s Comp. specialist, which happens to be three hours away. Basically, I should uproot my life instead of her treating me.

I have come to expect excellence from HHHN. I have been a patient of Dr Grad for around 2 years and hope she will stay in this area for a long time to come. So far I only met one grumpy receptionist (don’t know and don’t need to know who it was - everyone is entitled to an occasional bad day. All other receptionist and the nurses are excellent

Dr, Qudsi and staff were great. My only complaint is that I spent a lot of time doing the online advanced check-in, including listing a lot of past health history, and it did not appear to have been transferred to the provider's system. Really frustrating!

I cannot remember the name of the receptionist that checked my daughter and I in today (shoulder length blonde hair and glasses). She tried to tell me that I couldn't put mom on as someone to bring my daughter Ava to the doctors and that I had to add Ava's dad and have his permission to add my mother. I have sole physical and legal custody. She then said well we don’t have any court documents for that. I said I have NEVER been told this. She has not seen him in 5 years he will not be going on anything. He has never been on any of her medical or other documents other than her birth certificate. Mind you, all of this was said in front of my 11 year old daughter that was there for a sick appointment. I cannot even believe the audacity. I have never once, ever been questioned or told I could not add my mother. I will be seeking another office for my daughter. Everyone else at the office was wonderful; the nurse and Martha Passino were terrific.

Dr. Grad is wonderful, patient, caring a good listener. The staff took me in last month thinking I had a medical emergency, even though they do not take walk-ins.

Nurse and dr.s are professional, albeit at times frazzled. Maybe if several consumers weren't booked at the exact same time making it impossible for staff to be in 3 places at once, they could effectively do their jobs. Treating consumers like cattle and staff like money makers is not the way to go.

I really like Dr. Ellsworth, but I am not happy with the schedulers and receptionists. They tried to tell me I could not get in to see him for 11 months, and only changed when I said I would have to change medical offices as a result.

Overall this is a fantastic facility!

I wasn't seen by my NP until 55 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, then she only spent exactly 15 minutes with me (for a yearly physical). If I didn't need that appointment, I would have left much sooner than 55 minutes. I also arrived early as we are asked to. I am so understanding of how busy the providers must be, and, my time is also valuable. If a provider is running super late, it would be awesome to get a phone call to give me a better estimate of when I will be seen and the option to arrive in the building later. No one should have to wait 55 minutes (or more because we are expected to arrive early) then only be seen for 15 minutes. That all being said, my NP and the other staff have all been super kind. I know you're all doing the best you can, but maybe consider having a protocol for when the providers are running behind significantly.

I got to see a doctor the day I called. You need more phone call operators. Had to call 3 times and waited 5 minutes on each attempt to the voice recording.

This is the second time I was diagnosed with a “viral infection” and sent home to take ibuprofen. I got way worse over night and had to go to the ER the next day to find out I actually had strep A and needed antibiotics! The quality and thoroughness has gone way down, I’m considering going else where.

Plattsburgh Family Health is the worst doctors office I’ve ever seen! They take forever getting back to you, like a week, even if you’re sick. So you get better over time not with their assistance. Also, all the providers just guess or Google what you have, you can do that yourself! Some don’t even do that, they just repeat what you say and send you home, not even checking you out! The nurses and front area workers are nice, but lazy as anything!

I love this place. Friendly, helpful staff and the best providers in town! When I am there, they make me feel like I am the only one on their schedule until all of my concerns and questions are answered. If you are looking for a new provider, you’ve come to the right place ❤️

HH, Plattsburgh provides excellent and timely services. Rebecca Heywood provides a cordial and caring attitude. She is quite focused when I explain my concerns and has follow up questions to ensure understanding.

I have no problem with H H P my issue is with the out side agency I have to use for my medical rides I can be done with the DR. In about 15 minutes but waiting on the ride can turn into a long wait

Great service as always

We finished with the provider on often minutes and she is fantastic. We then waited for a COVID vaccine while it warmed up. After fifteen minutes a nurse came in and did a screening and I signed paperwork for my son to receive the vaccine. She said she needed another nurse to check it over and would be back. Then she returned and stated that because of the insurance my son has, his vaccine was stored in a separate refrigerator and they had pulled from the wrong one, so we were to wait another fifteen minutes to receive the vaccine. We were there for an hour and fifteen minutes, the vast majority of it spent waiting to get a vaccine due to a preventable error. My son has special needs and does not understand why we had to sit there and he became very agitated.

Qutsi denied care for my daughter as her dads fiancé brought her, tried making another appointment for an ENT referral waited half an hour for them to deny seeing her again for a referral or care while she went to get me so my daughter could get proper care and not denied services because her dad or I wasn’t there.

Karen is absolutely amazing she made my daughter feel so comfortable as this was her first mental health appointment and she was very nervous thank you Karen Dague for being such a sweet caring person.

Suzanne is the absolute best! One of the absolute best! Nurse Miranda is the sweetest!!!

Dawn Ashlie actually listened to my concerns and addressed them. Very knowledgeable and didn’t down play my complaint as some have and would. I truthfully appreciate the care I received while there. Checking in was great, the nurse was great as well.

I absolutely loved the nurse and dr I had today for a sick call. I was very sick and the nurse could see I was struggling and not feeling well at all, she got me laid down on the exam table and put a ice pack behind my neck because I felt like I was going to faint. She did everything to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Bergin is an absolute sweetheart. She took real good care of me, listened to me, genuinely cared. I just wish she was a permanent Dr her at Plattsburgh Family Health here in Plattsburgh Hudson Headwaters.

No clear plan was given to me upon leaving with my sick children.

Nursing staff were great; pleasant & friendly. Because I was there for a pre-op BP clearance, a more adequate set up for testing would have enhanced the encounter.

The nurse and doctor were amazing! The lady who answered the phone when I called to make the appointment was rude and not friendly, should probably check that but other than that all around good!

Was grateful that I could be seen promptly tiday and get medication to help my problems.

I find her to be an excellent Dr. She listens to what I have to say, makes helpful suggestions a keeps track of the different test results even if they were ordered by one of the specialist. She and her nurse are always answering any messages I o look eave for them. I n a world where everyone is too busy to care enough I feel Dr Grad and Hudson Headwaters Health center have my back. I highly recommend that there is a new and improved system put in place with the entire phone system and the ability to connect via system. I have only ever been able to connect to communicate all health, nursing, medication and questions for my actual provider via the messaging system. This would be and is effective when it comes to non-urgent or non-time sensitive issues with my care, however it is not a good solution when i want to speak to my actual provider or a nurse. Some issues that I leave on the messaging system are answered by people who I’ve never even spoken to before, and only read the most recent notes which can be upwards of six months old. That sort of care is very personal and makes me feel like I’m either repeating myself over and over again or makes me feel disconnected from my actual provider who I have a really good rapport with. (Dawn Ashline) I have problems with her nurse, however She consistently shows annoyance with nonverbal cues, with little patience

Someone who has had sinus infections my whole, I have never had a sinus infection come back 2 weeks apart since September. It must be viral. A temp that is 99.5 dripping in sweat, You’ll just have to hang in there is what I was told. If I have to go back into your office to be seen for the same thing that I was in the office for today, I will file a complaint. I will not be happy!

I do like the office however the checkout process was difficult today. I understand there is a staffing shortage and fully okay with being patieht while we wait. However we were sent to 3 different desks to checkout then went to checkout and a lengthy phone call was taken before we were checked. It made things difficult with having a baby with us and being asked to move around to checkout.

My visit went well. The LPN was courteous and respectful. Dawn Ashline, great as always. I don't go to the doctor very often but when I do, I'm always treated well.

Dawn was running behind today and I waited about 40 mins after my appt time to see her. Im still rating 5 stars because despite that, she was thorough and attentive, kind and informative. Having a provider that runs behind because you know she is truly giving every patient the time they deserve is worth the wait! The nurse was so sweet and the registration staff were very helpful as well! Overall I felt like every staff member I interacted with today was pleasant and wonderful.

We were the first appointment of the day and I were early. Filled out the paperwork online. But was not taken back on time for our appointment. Waited almost 15 minutes after appt time so waiting appx 30 minutes in the waiting room which is frustrating. Once in appt, things flowed much better.

Trying to make an appointment is near impossible. Online appointments are convenient but website isn't always working to make online appts. When calling to make or change an appointment, expect to be on hold for quite some time.
