Two people at check-in desk. One was not taking anyone and the other was on the other phone explaining the portal to someone in excess of 10 minutes while three of us were in line. By the time she got off the phone I was 10 mins. late for my appointment. She should have taken a number and called them back!
I was sick, and I got into see the doctor within two hours when I didn't have an appointment. Everyone is always very professional and helpful, especially Dr. Ellsworth.
Dr Grad was so thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. I can say enough about how helpful she was and how much I appreciate her!
I have been a patient of HHHN now for over a decade. I was fortunate enough to have initially been paired with one of the founding drs as my PCP, and remained with him until his retirement. He & his staff set the bar for me, establishing a par-level expectation of how an experience at HHHN should be, and what to expect from my care team moving forward. Now, I've visited many of their locations, in varied capacities: urgent care, routine visits, dental, & mental health, to name a few. Each visit remains consistent across the board. I feel seen, respected, heard, & valued. Today's visit, however, strayed from this template. Kelly, who helped me adjust my appt time over the phone, the ladies at reception (shame on me for not getting y'all's names!) who helped navigate my visit, Sandra, who immediately put me at ease in the exam room, & Darcie, the NP I had the privilege of seeing today- each went above & beyond in their own rights, ensuring I had everything I requested.
Martha is an amazing person. She definitely is always listening and doing everything she can to help her patients.
