We are two young parents who live here without family or support, and the first few days after our child’s birth have been challenging. During our visit, we felt our concerns were not taken seriously. We made a clear, medically standard request not to retract our newborn’s foreskin, and the tone became noticeably tense and impatient afterward. The response did not inspire confidence or fully address our concern. When our baby began crying, we felt judged rather than supported. He was hungry, and as first-time parents, we were unsure if it was appropriate to breastfeed during the appointment. Instead of guidance, the interaction felt impatient and unkind. We also felt the handling of our baby during the exam was rougher than expected. We left feeling more stressed and less confident, and would have appreciated a more respectful, supportive approach.

Very disappointed, saw a different doctor than we normally see and they don’t seem to take our concerns seriously.
