Dr Socolof and Nurse Tonya and the best of the best. So good with my son always, but he was especially tearful at this visit and they met him right where he was at in his sick, sad, state. Quick diagnosis and treatment plan to get us out. Dr Socolof also writes the best “return to school/daycare” note of anyone in the office. I appreciate it and so does my son’s daycare!!

The doctor my daughter saw today was so above and beyond amazing. He listened to all concerns and took them seriously and was very kind and patient with my daughter who struggles with going to the doctors office.

Receptionists are not very friendly, and I have delt with a few of them so far. You work in pediactrics, maybe show some compassion to a concerned parent. Also my child had a small reaction to a vaccine and when I tried to call for the nurse, she had disappeared. Maybe make sure the patient is ok before taking off. The health care system is so overwhelmed by all the illnesses and the laws of Nee york state, compassion has been lost. With the doctors, nurses, and with the receptionists
