The Nurse that takes blood is the best I have ever had and the person or persons in front are always kind.

I went there for a blood test. My Doctor is in GF, but I didn’t want to make a 90 mile round trip to go their lab. I learned they do blood tests on Tuesday and Friday’s so I opted to give them a try. The staff at HH in North Creek is incredibly friendly,,efficient and professional. Highly recommend them !

The friendly staff were able to accommodate me for a same day appointment.

Doctor was not responsive in getting message back to me. Physicians assistant I finally saw was very good.

My visit was a waste of my time and the providers as he was not able to make any recommendations related to my travel to India, he was only able to refer me to UVM

The staff were great and helpful. Getting into the teleconference application I would rate as an F----. Try it sometime and then picture a 70+ person navigating the process. The help number provided put me in a queue for about an hour while telling me I was important--- just BS.

So far I’m loving Hudson! My mom has been a patient there for well over a year and we have all great things to say!!! Literally not one bad thing. Very professional, very thorough, amazing group! Moms 90 years old and she almost everyday said in all her years she’s never had a doctors office be so wonderful. Dr Judy that’s what mom calls her is a million stars she truly takes the time and cares! The whole portal thing is extremely helpful! Being able to email 24/7 and get return messages is priceless!!! So thrilled of moves upstate and find Hudson headwaters!

Our first time here for a blood draw for my cardiologist. Missy prepped me over the phone a couple of days prior explaining the entire process & she was wonderful upon arrival this morning. Mya, who drew my blood specimen, was excellent, explaining everything & ensuring that my specimen is packaged so that it is sent to LabCorp for complete analysis as my cardiologist requested in the two scripts. Mya was attentive to my special needs as a heart patient -- she double-taped my arm as I am on blood thinners. The entire experience was top notch!! Grand!! Very commendatory. Thanks so very much!!

As willnesses in the area increase, I try to arrive as close to my appointment time as possible, so as not to sit around too long. My wait time was minimal. Everyone was quite nice and friendly. Visit went smoothly. Good explanations for care were provided.

I've been impressed with the service I have gotten. Recently, I went for an illness that wasn't improving. Turned out to be a sinus infection, where I had missed the early sinus symptoms, and honed in on the sore throat and cough, which appear to be secondary symptoms (post nasal drop likely caused). They got me in quickly, and I am on my way to recovery.

Dr Donnelly is awesome.

The blood draw was fine. Staff is courteous and efficient. Your antiquated system of standing out in the rain waiting for the building to open at 7:30 so one can be early in line for fasting blood work is pretty pathetic. Even a “take a number” system in a deli line is better than this. When will HHHN fix this???

Got me in quickly. Looked at the problem and diagnosed the issue and reassured me regarding its seriousness

Even though Dr. Donnelly had appointments available he refused to see me for extremely painful hemmorhoids. I came to do blood work for annual physical and instead head to schedule an appointment for the next day and drive 40 minutes each way just for a short physical examination.

The secretary at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The phlebotomist was very great at the art of conversation (distraction) and the blood retrieval went quickly with little pain.

The staff at North Creek are the best from the receptionists, to the RNs & LPN, to the providers- RN- & Michael Bailey. Having managed several family practice sites, I can appreciate how great the North Creek HC is.

The system for getting blood drawn in the morning borders ridiculous…..wait outside the door.. in all kinds of weather, trying to be the first in line so there aren’t others in front of you, not knowing what your wait time will be…… pretty insane.

A quick visit to draw blood for an upcoming physical. The whole process took perhaps 10 minutes from arrival to departure. Staff (sorry, don't remember names) were courteous and helpful.

Having care in the home has allowed Richard (my husband) to receive excellent, personal care. It would be hard for him to have to be transported out for office visit. Kate is kind and professional.
