HealthSource Mt. Washington Family Practice

HealthSource Mt. Washington Family Practice is located just off Beechmont Avenue and is accessible via Metro routes 24, 30X, and 81X, near the Post Office. Our doctor is accepting new patients of all ages. We accept most insurance plans, including private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare, and offer a discounted sliding fee program for uninsured patients.

Our family practice clinicians provide primary care for patients of all ages, offering sick visits, minor injury care, annual checkups, preventive visits, prescriptions, and ongoing management for chronic conditions such as diabetes or high cholesterol. To support community health and safety, HealthSource Mt. Washington also features a harm reduction vending machine offering free health and safety supplies, including Naloxone (Narcan®) and fentanyl test strips, to help prevent overdose and reduce disease spread.
