Lauren Gush lied in my records that a physical exam was performed and my medical history reviewed when none of that was done. She greeted me, asked what was wrong, and spent 1 extra minute finding a strong pain med I "probably" wasn't allergic to before walking out the door. 3 minutes total. Meanwhile, it's the weekend now and I still have nerve pain unhelped by a muscle relaxer she prescribed because she did not do a physical exam to diagnose.

I love everything about this place. I have a truly caring, amazingly knowledgeable Doctor, the nurses are great- everyone at the front desk knows my voice and my face. My nurse care manager is fantastic too! I'll never go elsewhere for my primary care.
