Waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment, Went up to the counter and told them if I was not called by 2:30 I was leaving as my time is also important. I'm so tired of people over booking their appointments so I left when I was still not called at 2:30 . The strange thing is that this was an appointment with Thomas Lusignan, LCSW-R who is suppose to be with Behavioral Health, I'm not certain if he knows what that actually means. I will Never go back to see him ever!

I expressed some concerns about my babies health to front desk to see if I could see the doctor. She told me the doctor had left for the day but she would go to the back and ash if someone could address my concerns. She asked me what was wrong with my chops which is a Hippa violation, she is not doctor or nurse. I felt uncomfortable telling her what was wrong with my child but felt I had to so that my child could be seen. To my surprise, the doctor did not leave and was still very much so in the office so I couldn’t understand why she lied to me. Very unsettling. However, the doctor did come in and address my concerns which I appreciated but what I didn’t appreciate was everything that happen before. In a positive note Nurse Alisa was great as always. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

I was recently on a wait list with another medical office for a primary. Up until seeing Dr. John a month ago, I never felt like I was being listened to. I am grateful for his recommendations and his help. One of the best doctors I have seen in a long time, and I have many. He is an absolute asset to this office.

However I went to check out and wanted to get my bloodwork I waited 20 minutes before I asked if I was waiting in the right location and was told the sign is on the door but the lady didn’t say I had to go around the corner. I thought she was being sarcastic that there was a sign stating it was a part if glens falls hospital… 5 more minutes passed and I asked the original girl if I was in the right spot to find out I wasn’t. I proceeded to the correct location and there was only one receptionist working with a line of four people. I sat and waited and she asked about my insurance and had incorrect insurance information that I told them about almost two years ago that wasn’t removed. The receptionist was great in the blood draw area as well as the person taking my blood. I actually joked with her about my experience because what else can I do?! The receptionists in the drs office do need to be more clear with directions so people dont waste their time!

I waited in the exam room for over a 1/2 hour. Dr John Q explained why. I wasn’t upset as I wasn’t on a schedule but if someone had to miss work it may be upsetting.

The provider was extremely short with me, and I felt rushed. The nurse was very nice. The Check-in staff was very nice and accommodating. The Network was quick to get me in to be seen for my ear infection.

The provider essentially called my 9 year old son and husband a liar. He was there for a sore throat and she asked what has he eaten, he said a burger and her comment "it can't be that bad if he ate a burger". To which my husband told her those are his favorite food and it was all he wanted. She then looked in his mouth and said well yes it is that bad and he tested positive for strep. Never apologized or admitted she was rude or wrong in her assumption that he was exaggerating the pain.

It was when I was being roomed. The person rooming me .I don’t know her name as she didn’t tell me. For all I know she could have been someone right off the street, she was not wearing a name tag,She took my vitals and tells me I have to pee in a cup and sign a drug contract. I was taken by surprised. Mostly by her tone and her explanation. You have to sign this. It says you won’t ask for the med early or from another provider.You won’t ask for any narcotics from any doctor. It will break the contract. She handed me the cup and showed me the bathroom. 1. I’m an LPN and I work with a pain management doc. I know the deal. I’m not saying I know it all because I don’t. 2. I can’t get narcotics from another MD Ok I’ll rember that if I fall and fix my hip. 3. If you look through my chart not once have I EVER called and asked for my Adderall early. When my husband passed &could have used something I still didn’t. She could have tried to explain it a little better.

From check-in to the nurse intake through the PA visit, the entire staff and experience is always top-notch. I feel heard, respected and effectively treated each and every time I go to Moreau Family Health. I am extremely happy with their level of care.

Waiting 1/2 hour is terrible. Someone needs to do a better job of scheduling. My appointment was at 8:45 PT didn't come in until 9:15 AM, unacceptable!!!

2nd time I made an appointment and it wasn't for what was actually scheduled. She's nice, but I'm going to be looking for another primary. These Dr.'s are diagnosing without even doing exrays or ANYTHING. My pain has been like someone took a bat to both my feet..... It's job related. And I didn't even get antibiotics for this infection I've been fighting off for months. I don't need pain medication, I need to get better. This visit was supposed to be for my feet, not ANOTHER Dr.'s visit. Again 2nd time this was done.

I have always felt comfortable and well cared for at MFH.

Everything was great, except the 1 hour I spent waiting for my appointment. If the doctor is running behind, at the very least a patient should be told when they check in - ideally before they arrive so a person has a choice to reschedule if they prefer not to spend quality time in a waiting / exam room.

I am not happy with all the changes happening at HHHN (example: moving beloved doctors to remote sites/little to no notification), however my experience today with a new provider was very positive.

Didn't feel like she really did a full check for sinus infection .I have had three days of thick green mucus , sinus pressure and ,02 of 96 % resting Told me my systems should of been 7 days durations

I would really appreciate if I can never see the Dr. I picked if they could read my chart before coming into room. When coming to the Dr. I don't want to feel like I have to start all over again. They should know a bit of my history. You wait for 20+ minutes in the room. Take a minute read up on the patient.

Our first time seeing Dr G (Gabremichael). Obviously very intelligent and super nice. However he was really hard to understand due to the speed at which he talks. It felt very aggressive though I'm sure that wasn't meant.

First time I met Tyler Wilson. She was great!

Check in was easy. Appointment on time. Dr. well versed in my issues and came forth with a recommendation - path forward.

You have too many handicap parking spaces.
