The doctors and staff at Lake Placid Family Health are excellent. Telehealth, however is not. I did all the prep “paperwork” to prepare for the call scheduled for 2:45. I entered the online “waiting room” so I’d be all set when the doctor entered at 2:45. When no one showed up by 3:00, I called the office to see if I’d done something wrong. I was told the doctor was running late. It would be another 20-30minutes. Then at 3;15, I got a call from the office wanting to redo most of the questions I had already answered online. Finally at 3:48, I got a call from the doctor. I know she is very busy. I don’t blame her. I blame the whole Telehealth process. I told them I would never do Telehealth again and I won’t!
