The staff were all so kind and helpful. Dr Althouse took time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one.

I felt like the doctor I seen did not listen to what I was trying to tell him about my visit. It was very frustrating like he didn't have time for me and I even tried explaining it to the nurse and it didn't seem like I got very far with that either. Was very disappointed in my visit this time I do not think I will return because I just felt like I wasn't cared for the way I thought I needed to be cared for, I was in a lot of pain and nothing was done about that either. It was very upsetting left there crying. It was just a horrible horrible experience.

The RN who was acting as the Dr for the night. Didn't listen was rude and paid NO attention to the concerns.

I hate survivys

Come out of your office and observe your staff. Then you will see who provides excellent service and care. Been there so many times. Have yet to see any management. Your staff make your hospital. Surveys aren’t useful. Observation and management interacting and helping staff will put your hospital at top ranking.

Amazing care. They see you as a human and want to help you the best they can they don't rush you out of there to have another empty bed. The whole staff was great with great bedside care.

I came for a blood draw, and was attended in a timely, helpful manner. Other than a little prick the procedure was painlessly completed. We’re lucky to have such expert care in our little community.

Kate was such a wonderful nurse. She explained everything in detail and showed she truly cared about what I was feeling. When she was unable to do something, she called in Brittani and she was absolutely phenomenal as well. KCHS is so lucky to have such a caring provider like, Jordan. He didn’t question anything I was feeling and addressed all of my concerns. Allyson was such a blessing when she took me for my CT. She is the sweetest person and you can tell she really cares about her patients. There were some issues with my IV and the contrast, but she did her very best to keep me comfortable.

Staff provides excellent service!

The only issue is when I called and connected with Mallory, she didn’t listen to what was needed. For example, I called to sign up for the patient portal because my phone has been blocking calls from KCHS. I asked to leave my email, she said she couldn’t take that information and would have the staff person call me.

Great care! They were quick to get us in and addressed every concern I had.
